Well good news for people who are nearly old: i had a teacher of mine who was like 70 and he used to teach us standing and he used to teach 8 classes,that's like 8 hours of standing,and 6years after i left the school,he still teaches there.So anyone who thinks he is getting old,"Don't think like that" with a little struggle you can be as healthy and will be able to do anything just like a 40 year old man.Also he was as old as my grandmother.
