KORD retirement and promotion

Please join me in congratulating Michael Natale, our new KORD hub manager. Michael has served as KORD assistant hub manger for about a year. He is now replacing Jeff Jett who is going to enjoy a well deserved retirement over in the sunny KPSP hub.
Michael has a new assistant under wraps, and he will be announced after his training is complete.
