E-135 legacy

Hi everyone i hope everyone is in good health and spirits and are enjoying a happy life,
There is this wilco E-135 legacy with 3100nm range and cruising ability of 37000 feet,can i use this to fly long flights?i was fearing that if i used it during long flights my FREP will be rejected because my HM might think that this aircraft has so less range how this pilot flew it for so long,so can i fly it?the difference between this one and normal one in the real world is that legacy has more engine power and longer range.
