I would like to introduce our new KORD Assistant Hub Manager, Daniel Villa. Daniel has been training under the strict guidance of Michael Natale and has passed all challenges with flying colors. In fact, I hear he can brew a pot of coffee in the pilots lounge in under 90 seconds.

He can brew a pot of coffee in 90 seconds? The only reason for that is because when Bert Rivera was the HM over there at KORD, he stole that amazing 90 second coffee maker from KLAX. Anyways congratulations on your promotion Mr. Daniel Villa. You and Michael will make a great team there in Chicago.
