Saitek Throttle Quad

Has anyone run into the following:
The pan view up gets stuck whenever my throttle quadrant is plugged in. I have run the calibration and all the axes and buttons seem to be responding properly. I have also cleared out all the settings in FSUIPC and FS9 and reassigned them. I have no idea what's causing this but I can't fly anything with more than two engines without the second throttle quad or re-configuring my controls. I'm browsing the Saitek forums now to see if I find an answer but we all know they don't make it easy.

It doesn't matter where it's plugged in. It was working fine until a few weeks ago. I have the multi-panel, switch panel and radio panels in a USB hub. They work fine, but I have to unplug them and plug them back in whenever I launch the sim and prior to launching SPAD. I tried running them with the Saitek plugins but that didn't work well. I found that if I turned any of the knobs too fast the plugin will quit working and I had to relaunch. I lose a little functionality with SPAD in terms of the mag switch, but I don't use it too often so I can live without it. I haven't checked recently if there's been an update to the plugins.
