Black Streamers for Tom

I wonder if the pax will know why the black streamers are flying from Tom Pletzke's plane today? Tom may not want to alarm the pax, but I'm sure the flight attendants will spread the dark secret.
You see, today, Tom wraps up his first half century and boldly steps into his 6th decade.
So, we can join the cheer the flight attendants will be leading the pax in -- "Happy Birthday, Captain Tom!"
