Chris looking at your insert. I cannot find a flight AAL1505 on our time table, even though it was in your FREQ? You had completed this flight from KDFW- KDEN already. Is this the flight you are having trouble with?

Let us know what error you're having. There are different errors for different reasons.
Please check out this forum thread;
http://www.aavirtual.com/forum/viewtopi ... 32&t=15538
From the error datatbase;

Most of the problems with ACARS are due to our own failure to communicate with the computer, keyboard to computer interface error. If your password isn't correct, if your flight number isn't filled in, if a host of things it will not work. The issue you have now is that you had tried to send the ACARS report and the log hasn't completed itself and it will try to keep sending duplicate reports, which are not complete.

Go to the folder where the ACARS program is set up and you have to delete the log manually. This is created each flight and has to be completed by ACARS each time for it to work and send in the report. Unfortunately you will need to manual input this FREP that you flew as it will not now be recorded.

The folder should be located in C:/program file (x86)/fsacars/ , if you let it install and under vista /win7, the file you need to delete is the one that has your AAV###.Dat. This is the file which is created each flight.
One has to make sure that the FSACARS is filled out with the correct items with a fresh start.

This is your best first step as your .ini and your screenshot look good.
Yes, the password is the same as your forum password.

2. Does the flight number have to come from the AAV database for it to work with FSACARS?
Chris you are correct, your flights may come from any active AAL timetable and verified by your HUB manager. Without all the facts I just assumed it was from our timetable and was a place to start looking for answers to the FSACARS.

Reloading and manually input your data may be the way to go, I suggest it all the time, and do it myself. The FSACARS files are in several places on your computer. Make sure all are deleted. Install as ADMIN even if the UAC is turned off.

Good luck.

Yes, this is allowed.

No.
Christopher Dahlquist wrote: 4.The error log I have been getting under sendlogreport.html comes back as "Authentication error. Bad pilot number or password' This led me to figure that my password or some other bit of data was incorrect. I am cutting and pasting my password form my official AAV email where I got it, however so it should be accurate.
Please email your entire aal.ini file to me at michaelblakely@aavirtual.com and I'll debug the problem with authentication.
