When sending reports flying through the website. This does not send me my confirmation email. When having the doubt forwarding the FREP and the system refuses to be duplicated and denies me. If anyone can help me clarify the situation that happens would be very grateful.
Thanks in advance

Hi Herbert,
Normally I get the FREP e-mail instantly when I file it. Sometimes there seems to be some issues with the AAv e-mail server and they are a bit delayed, this normally only last a little while before normal service is resumed.
Yesterday I filed 3 FREPs and so far I have only received 1 e-mail which arrived many hours later in the middle of the night! So far, no sign of the other 2.
If you don't get an e-mail, you don't need to submit the FREP again, if you go to the menu on the left you can select "Edit an FREP" and on that page you can see any FREPs that you have submitted but that have not yet been accepted. If they appear there then you know they have been submitted ok.
EDIT: I now see that my FREPs have been accepted but I have also not received any "FREP Accepted" e-mails.

Hey Ben, have you checked your spam folder? I know sometimes email I get from AAV somehow ends up in spam. If it's not there, double check in your user control panel to make sure we have the correct email address on file. When we go in and approve flights, the system automatically sends the email to the address on file, we don't manually send them out.

Yup definitely not in spam, and definitely the correct email address as it has been working fine for years. As I said, I got 1 of the 3, although it arrived after several hours.

Thanks to Ben, Todd and Jeremiah for your interest in the subject. My Dallas (KDFW) Hub manager has approved the KDFW-KLAX-KMIA-SKBO-KMIA FREP but have not reached my inbox emails. As Todd says are not spam. What I have is the webmaster warning informing the replay from the forum that you did but nowhere do confirmations are sent FREP system or that were already accepted by the Corresponding hub manager.
Apparently if you should have any problems with the servers or programming that has the webmaster.
What remains is to wait for our Virtual American authorities solve the drawbacks in the past worked very excellent site to get emails immediately.
As far as I'm concerned the issue does not end. We are awaiting classmates ... thanks to all

Email error logs on our web hosting site are non-existent.
I've run some successful tests, but if it's an intermittent problem, there's not much I can do to solve it immediately.
I had a notice from the host of periodic server work this week. Let's see if it gets any better after 12/14/14.

Thank you very much Mr. Blakely for your concern and make things better for our satisfaction and the airline...

Hi Guys,
Is anyone still experiencing any issues with e-mails?

Yes. I think the email problems are still with us.
Unfortunately it's a difficult problem. The helpdesk people at our web hosting company have not been any help. The next step is to add a bunch of logging information. That requires several hours of my time, which is a bit scarce right now.
