Another Bertday Bites the Dust

There are more people sitting at this age than any other -- or so they claim! However, knowing Norberto Rivera, he is already chomping at the bit to complete his 4th decade and begin his 5th. Unfortunately, Bert, you'll still have to consume this new year! Surely you can wait one more year to grow up?
