Just figured out I'm going to be a 2-sim guy.

Although I've launched my X Plane odyssey, there are too many favorites missing from that platform.
- PMDG MD-11
- Concorde X
- My DC-10

I was that way with my transition from FS9 to FSX. I couldn't give up flying the old RFP 747-200 with all those detailed steam gauges and operational systems on the engineering panel. Sigh.

You'll miss PMDG much less. There is a freeware 737-800 here: http://x-plane.benedikt-stratmann.de/ high quality simulation sadly only a 2D panel.

That 737 is the first thing I brought up. Excellent freeware. I sprung for the payware FMC that does with it. I'll eventually add the 777 and 757 as my Boeing workhorses.
