Anyone born on 12/31 must be first thought of as the ultimate procrastinator; therefore, I procrastinated posting this Happy Birthday wish for Omar Campanalunga ... not that Omar is in any way a procrastinator. As I remember, Commander Omar rushed through his hours and quals.
