B-Day "Volunteer" Jerry Swalling

#1 rule of politics - ALWAYS spin events to your best light, so although Jerry didn't really get to participate in the initial "volunteering", he has willingly participated for the past 7 decades in that annual rite known as "birthday". And out of camaraderie, we all join in best wishes and sing a hearty (but somewhat off-key), "Happy birthday, to you ... And many more!!"
