Just one more way to say goodbye to our buddy - let's finish Rick's last FREQ.

There are seven unfinished legs below. Leave a comment as to which leg you are taking. I want to reserve the last leg for either our CEO or the DFW hub manager to fly. If that doesn't work out, then Wayne Pierce will fly. Would be nice if the last flight is done as a regular Friday/Monday GFI. Would like to see a lot of company for that flight like the First Annual Rick Stevens Memorial GFI flown last evening.

Post your Zulu departure time, planned aircraft, and flight plan in a comment as your turn to fly comes up. Do your flights in Vatsim. You may have some company. Post flight completion, too, so the list can be updated.

Harold, this is a great idea and a good tribute to Rick.

I'll take leg #2. This is an awesome idea and it would be my privilege to fly a leg for Rick.

Definitely like the 7th flight GFI idea.

Let me know if Sergio's planned time changes. Otherwise I'll plan on doing Leg #2 on the weekend most likely.

Rick's last flight pilots and HMs:

If you submit a FREP and include a comment that this is one of the "Rick Stevens completion flights", I can do some admin magic and move the FREP to Rick's pilot number so his bid can be completed in the system.

If it says the FREP is not in your bid, try marking the "GFI or Theme Flight" as YES,

I'm going to shoot for doing my leg tomorrow 8/7/2016 around 8pm Central time. My routing will be Summa8 Summa Q9 DERBB J1 FIM SADDE6. Sorry for the short notice, just trying to get it done to keep the bid going.

I had some unexpected free time today and got mine done (Sorry for no notice). I did as instructed for the FREP submission, but I get an error message (screenshot below). The FREP is in my queue, it just won't let me add the reference to Rick's last freq into the comments.

The intent was to fly these in sequence.

I flew mine and submitted the flight as a Charter and just did what Mike said I selected GFI or Theme flight yes and put in the notes that it's rick flight 2. It accepted mine so my frep is sitting in the KORD Hub Admin files.

Second flight is completed. Wayne Szot, you're on deck.

Bert - thanks for the error post. Looks like the comment field doesn't like apostrophes. I'll have to fix that.
