American Airlines Virtual

Flying X-Plane 11 and landing my Q-400 at ANYN, Nauru International. About the first pic there was a large flock of birds that appeared and I ingested birds in both engines and both engines shut down. Though I had the runway made, I had let the airspeed get a little low and that resulted in a tail strike on landing.

Glad this was on landing and not taking off!!

Reminds me of the movie Sully with Tom Hanks. It is a great aviation movie.
