VATSIM Pilot Certification
Has anyone looked into or gotten a VATSIM pilot certification or training? With the checkride training we do here at AAV and since I do 80% of my flying online I think it will be fairly easy after I to a glance at the syllabus. Was just wondering if anyone else had looked at it?

Re: VATSIM Pilot Certification
Ted. I can not help you, I have only S1 certification for ATC, it is divided in two parts, practical and theoretical, I think it will be the same for pilots. You can find info for pilot certification here: https://ptd.vatsim.net/ and here are all current VATSIM Authorized Training Organizations (ATOs) https://ptd.vatsim.net/atos. I hope this can help you.
The air up there in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious. And why shouldn't it be?--it is the same the angels breathe.

Thanks Omar. Those are the links I saw that got me interested in the first place. If I do it I'm may go with the VATSTAR group.Omar Campanalunga wrote: ↑02-06-2020 04:03 PM Ted.
