It's traditional for your Hub Manager to post the first leg and get the FREQ started off.
It's been so long since we have done one of these, I can't remember if posting the flights is open to all AAV or only Senior Captains and Commanders??

All pilots are eligible to suggest routes for the Sr. Captain initiation flight.
