Freeware community mods Improving the systems, and a freeware American Airlines livery has become available. So my question is, can we use it to file PIREPs?

You can use it and file a manual FREP.
I don't know if FSACARS or SIM ACARS works with the new MSFS. If you know of an ACARS that works with MSFS, let me know.

Smartcars does work with FS2020 with FSUIPC7 running separately in the background
