No, no, no - not girlfriend, year! Some get it. Others won't. So much fun on those old GFI's. Who was it landed at the wrong airport?
Robert, if you do read this, I've gone into witness protection!
Wishing you all the joy and happiness on this special day.
Here are your candles: ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Happy birthday Robert, and like Harold I miss the fun times we had on the GFI's. Hope you and family are doing well.

See how we react slooowwly when we get older?? .. I'm a few days late here, but thank you all for the B-day wishes! I miss the ole GFI days as well!!! Just drifted away for a bit between jumping from FSX to Prepar3D and messing with a host of peripherals, that I got lost in the technicalities (read: Spad.next) of putting it all together in favor of actually FLYING.. but I'd love to come back and fly again.
Harold, LOL, weren't we SUPPOSED to be going to Port Columbus and I landed at Ohio State Airport; gosh that was WAY back.. I do seem to remember one interesting approach, long after that CMH GFI, (somewhere in the Southwest perhaps?), where you and I played chicken landing at the same time on opposing ends of the compass! Hehehe... that was a hoot! ...Oh, and by the way, same Stewardess.
Thanks again!
Rob

Ha, ha, ha... I thought I was the only one that did that to Harold. Don't remember if it was a GFI or one of our special Saturday sessions but on approach we realized we were landing on the same rwy but in opposite directions. So, as truly outstanding pilots that we are, we coordinated that we would land to each of our right sides of the rwy. Made it look like we planned it that way.

Those were great times with a dash of excitement thrown in, too.
Glad to hear about the "stewardess". She seemed perfect for you.
