Problems with vPilot

I updated my vPilot from 3.4.6 to 3.8.1 and I couldn't load the flight plan from Simbrief to vPilot.
vPilot would not connect to the server after I updated. I finally uninstalled vPilot 3.8.1 and reinstalled
the 3.4.6 vPilot. I can load the flight plans into vPilot again. I hope this will help some of you. If you
do update and get vPilot working, please let me know. Thanks.

Here's a possible work-around:
If you’re having trouble loading a SimBrief flight plan into vPilot 3.8.1, here are some steps you can follow:
1. Prefile on SimBrief: First, create your flight plan on SimBrief. When you’re done, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you’ll find an option to prefile your flight plan on VATSIM. Click that link and submit the form. Make sure to use the same callsign you plan to use on VATSIM.
2. Login to VATSIM: Within two hours of filing your flight plan on SimBrief, log in to VATSIM using the callsign you specified.
3. Fetch from [VATSIM] Server: In the flight plan window of vPilot, click on “Fetch from Server”. This action will pull your prefiled flight plan from VATSIM, and you should see it displayed in vPilot.
Remember that if you’ve already prefiled through SimBrief, there’s no need to manually load the flight plan into vPilot. The prefiled plan is already filed, and vPilot will automatically retrieve it from VATSIM when you log in.
Happy flying!
