Not possible. There are none and probably will not be any updates for FSX navdata. All that I have read on the forums tell that the way FSX is set up that there are no single files for any navdata. Each of airports navdata are built into the .bgl files for each of the scenery areas. Navadata is and can be updated for each aircraft using services that have navdata for them. One just has to be aware of the airports your landing at and check and compare the ILS freqs from chart to FSX data.
