It appears that he came in a little fast based on the flaps. He didn't deploy a lot of flaps which indicates to me he was above the additional flap speeds.

You walked away from that landing, right? Did the tray tables auotmatically deploy or the oxygen masks dislodge and fall? So what are you complaining about?

If you hear a loud screeching sound and see a red glow coming from the back of the airplane as it spins around on the runway uncommanded.... you might have landed too hard.
