You are correct. The 334 radial of TNV and the 156 radial of TNN do not intersect at TORNN. Neither does the 156 radial of the TTT (Maverick) VOR which is the one on this particular departure chart. The intersection of the two radials is actually located at BILEE intersection. Check out the Training page (not the forum, but the actual page. The link is on the nav bar to the left.) There you will find a link to the "AAV Training and Resource Articles" which has a really nice write-up on how to approach, enter and fly holding patterns.
