Over the past week or so I have been trying to install my Level-D 767 (FSX) on a new computer.
I decided to put on a new install using the latest download from Flight1.
I had a number of problems with the new wrapper plus I couldn't remember the password or the credit card number I had used when purchasing the original some 3 year ago.
I contacted Flight1 support and received excellent support from Jeff Smith of Flight One Software.
I now have a nice new 767 on FSX. It is good to know the companies you can get support from.
Keep up the good support Flight One.

I have many add-ons from Flight-1, top notch company. I have had to return two products (down loaded) which they promptly reimbursed me for. Most companys will not allow for rebates on downloaded products. I agree with Barry, top notch.............
