Your BEST bet is to go to the VATSIM web site, then navigate to the division website that has juristiction for the airport you're looking for. They will usually have a pilot reference page with the latest charts.
Another option is VATSIM's chart page http://www.vatsim.net/charts/

I've been able to find a lot of intl charts by just googling "VHHH Jepesen charts"for example. You can find most of the larger airports this way. You will get FULL charts too (SIDs, STARs, Gate and taxi etc).
