I would like to introduce our new KORD Assistant Hub Manager (AHM), Michael Natale. Michael has been working as a check pilot and stepped up just in time to help out at KORD as Jeff Jett, the KORD HM, had to step away to handle some real life issues. Michael has been doing a great job under my guidance and is now ready to solo at KORD until Jeff returns.
