I have both FS9 and FSX installed on my PC. Which one I use for a flight is usually a function of which has the best version of the equipment I need. If the flight calls for a 777, then I bring out my PSS 777 on FS9. I've never had any problems with this aircraft, so I would be surprised if someone objective gave it a bad review.

I would love to upgrade all my FS9 aircraft to FSX, but I find FSX is still lacking some high quality aircraft, including the 777. By high quality, I'm looking for operational aircraft systems and full function FMS or MCDU.

It won't take that long. But it could be a year or more. I love the MD-11 and it seemed like I waited forever for PMDG to finally release it.
