The way the calendar works is that it has to be posted as an all day GFI.
The times for the actual flight are in the instructions;

If anybody is going to fly then that is the time to be on-line. I may be on line at 0000Z hrs for an hour prep time.Time; usual 6:00PM PST; 7:00 MST; 8:00 CST; 9:00 PM EST; 0100Z ?
