The Sims are getting better visually,virtually, to fly. Trying out a few new things I picked up. The new Aerosoft CRJ, and a new P3DV4 shader tweaking program. Using REX textures for clouds and sky I set up the sim weather for the cloud depth, and amount. It has finally reached a level of "like your really there", almost, sort of.
Cruising the CRJ over the desert of the southwest near Twentynine palms KTNP the afternoon bright sun really shows the shadows on the ground. For those who like the South West of the USA the airport KTNP by 29 Palms company is really nice. Includes blowing sand and nice vehicle animation.

You always have great looking skies. I should try tweaking my sim to see if I can improve on my clouds but I'm afraid I will get crashes and don't want to troubleshoot them.
Looks like you've figured out that Aerosoft CRJ and are enjoying it. I may have to take a look at it even though I have the ERJ regional a/c series.

Yup, CTD's are very frustrating and hard to troubleshoot. That's why I hesitate to tweak my sky parameters.
