That is pretty busy, especially it they are not having some type of event there. Only time I've seen it that busy was during an FNO (Friday Night Ops.). They attempted to do something different. Instead of having KDEN be the destination and stacking traffic in holding patterns trying to accommodate all the flights, they decided to have KDEN be the starting point. Only problem with that is they still couldn't handle all the departures and had 8-10 a/c staged for t/o on 3 different rwys 
. It took 20-30mins to get your clearance and taxi approval, then you sat on the taxiway, like you show here, for another 20-25min. before you could take off.
