Welcome, again, Mr David,. Your HUB manager will OK them in turn. It make take a few hours or a few days. You do not need to wait until one is approved before flying the next one. If there is something wrong with it you will find out and the worse thing is to refile or refly.
All of us here are real world people who handle the FREQ's and FREP's by hand. They are not automatic and each one is looked at to make sure it is correct. That is all.
