Hi Mr Jeff. Try entering FSInn settings in "SET " and put "click" using the following path: General> Various> Resolve to exact model and also priority: Use Models in Resolving VIP.
Another way solve the aircraft being out is : click on mini control panel then the following path : Pla> click on any aircraft > click on the blue button then opens a window and looking through the list of aircraft your simulator and click "Apply" and ready ...
Sometimes when they are suspended or without the aircraft landing gear may be due to problems on the servers ...

With regard to sqwuawkbox4 no idea because I try not to use it.
