which cd key to use,xp or pro

i have purchased fsx gold edition and it has two cd keys pro and xp which one should i use and can i activate it on my fathers laptop also?

I am not sure what you mean by XP or PRO. FSX gold has the program and acceleration
Each CD has an assigned code it usually is on the yellow tag in the box. I have learned this about MSFS. You can load it several times using the keys. It registers each time you initially install it to operate per computer. There is a limit to how many times it can be installed as I found out already and had to buy a new program. I upgraded computers and installed it a couple of times, it quit the install and that was that. I was offered to buy a new key, which actually it was cheaper to go buy the program on sale.
So you may be able to but be aware.

I'm not familiar with FSX Gold but since 2 cd's and Wayne says it is FSX program and acceleration, could it be one key is for the FSX program (maybe the "pro" key) and one is for the acceleration program (possibly the "XP" key). Since Acceleration was an addon to the original program I'm assuming they have separate installs.

and your guess was correct XP was for accelaration pack and i just activated it.
