Theme flight without FREQ
Can we fly a theme or GFI flight when there is no bid in our FREQ.I today flew one and submitted FREP and it didn't got approved by now,so i was wondering if it is because there is no bid and i didn't submitted one because only 3.2 hours to go until senior captain i just flew a theme flight to make those hours and submitt a Senior Captain FREQ instead.

Theme flights and GFI's are additonal flights not needing a FREQ. Make sure you go to the edit a FREP page and check the box there, after your FREP submission to mark it a GFI or THEME.
It may take a while for your FREP to get approved if the HUB manager has real world items to do.
