If you're not familiar with T4, then you obviously didn't read the back of the AAV Pilot's Handbook. But just to briefly outline it for you, it's kind of like a roast - don't worry, the BOSS is a pretty even tempered kind of guy and he's never booted anyone (yet). So, you respond to this T4 by posting your T2 on the BOSS. Remember, the best T2 start with a grain of truth, and it has been judged that spelling at least one two-letter word correctly is sufficient to meet this criteria.
I'll kick off with the first T4 entry- Guess who had to be reminded for months and months to update his profile sig from Sr Captain to Commander long after he had passed the checkride? His excuse? He was waiting to see the raise on his first Commander paycheck.
