Flights are in the general aviation aircraft of your choice. Rules are VFR (weather permitting). If the weather doesn't permit we reserve the right to reroute the day's leg to an IFR capable field. If we get caught in some weather well, we'll just have to figure it out "on the fly".

Comms are on the AAV teamspeak channel. (Thanks guys, I hope it's ok for us to commandeer it for this.

) These flights are 1) for fun, 2) for learning all about those little tiny airplanes and the airports they fly into, 3) enjoying the virtual scenery and 4)
NOT for GFI hours credit. The flights are purposely scheduled to be short, but if everyone feels like it we can keep heading west until we get tired. Feel free to enable random equipment failures, gyro drifts, etc. Crash detection is still frowned upon due to network limitations.
I hope we can keep this thread for the whole flight so we can go back and see our progress, or lack thereof, and hopefully some interesting screenshots. See you there!
