Last Friday, Jeff embarked upon the last year of his 4th decade. It's one of those birthdays just before the ones where insensitive people bring out black balloons. Maybe that's why so many - especially women - park their age here - black balloon phobia? I'm pretty sure, however, that will not be the case with Jeff.
