Please join me in congratulating Mr. Ben Hunwicks for passing the grueling Command Check Ride and his promotion to Commander. Mr. Hunwicks joined AAV on August 1, 2010 and reached the rank of Captain on May 17, 2012. On October 19, 2016, Ben was promoted to Senior Captain. On November 13, 2016 Ben was promoted to the highest level at AAV and now has the rank of Commander. Ben, congratulations on passing the commander checkride and completing the milestones required to attain the rank of Commander. Well Done Sir!

In Miami, we have a relaxing room called Commander Corner. We have spared no expense in the creation of this area. It is hard to call 13,000 square feet a room but you will be amazed when seated comfortably next to our olympic size pool. We generously accept commanders starting and ending their FREQ's in the CC.
