Sergio, You need to delete the ACARS.DAT file that the log creates in the directory that the FSACARS is located. That file is created each time you start FSACARS and sends the file. If it is corrupted then it will try to resend it each time. Make sure you always save the log before you stop FSACARS so the information will not be lost totally and then you can manually file your report.

Re: FSAcars can't send log
Wayne, correct me if I'm wrong here and I'll delete the post.
Sergio, It may be a different problem. As the staff probably noticed last time you logged in, someone "scanned" all our logins again, trying to guess our passwords, so we all had 3 unsuccessful log-ins in the database and had to do the capcha thing to log in. Since FSACARS uses the same log-in mechanism, it can't log-in for you when you have 3 unsuccessful log-ins in the database. If you open the sendlogreport.html file in your FSACARS directory on your PC, it should give you a more detailed error report as to why your FSACARS submission failed. Once you log in successfully, you should be able to submit the flight with FSACARS.
