There is no magic install button. You need to download and then either a) run the file if it's a .exe or b) unzip, read the install instructions, move files, update aircraft.cfg files, and more.
Learning how to do this is the price to be paid to get the "free" fleet in our download area.
If you are interested in learning, we can provide instructions for downloading and unzipping and help you through the other steps. Let us know.
